Raynor FliteStar Garage Door Opener
The Raynor model FliteStar garage door opener was popular in the 1990's and used up until 2000 when it was discontinued. The operator has a distinctive bullet shape with two lights on the front of the operator and a blue cover with FliteStar printed in yellow on the side of the cover which makes it easy to distinguish.
Finding A Raynor FliteStar Compatible Remote
Need a replacement remote, keypad or radio receiver for a Raynor Flitestar garage door opener? The operators didn't come from the factory with radio equipment so there was no standard for what may have been installed with your operator. If you email us with the information printed on the back of the radio receiver and/or remote (or send us a picture which would be very helpful) then we can help you determine what existing remote, keypad or receiver will work with your FliteStar opener. Read the Home Garage Guide website post here for more info on how to find a compatible remote. You can also send us your questions at: [email protected] and we'll try and help you determine what you need.
Raynor FliteStar Replacement Parts
As far as other parts for the Raynor FliteStar opener they have all been discontinued as the opener has been out of production for 20 years. There are however a few compatible replacement parts available. The 15-tooth Front Idler Sprocket was discontinued but the 112045 Front Idler Pulley can be used as a replacement. If your wall station has stopped working then it could be replaced with a non-illuminated doorbell button. You won't have the lock out or light function but you will be able to open and close the door with the button.
